Afflicted with Scatterbrain

OK, so if it sometimes seems that my posts are all over the place, let me give you some insight as to why that might be (other than I am currently utterly scatterbrained). If I want to get anything done I have to keep the stereo on all of the time because we live in a loud shithole of a neighborhood. So music is almost always on at home, and this is a sample of my afternoon playlist today (almost verbatim, I may have missed one or two songs here and there):

----------------
Now playing: The Byrds - You Showed Me
via FoxyTunes
----------------
Now playing: Guns N' Roses - Mr. Brownstone
----------------
Now playing: Ministry - Lay Lady Lay
----------------
Now playing: Dirt - Hiroshima
----------------
Now playing: Getatchew Mekurya - Shellela Besaxaphone
----------------
Now playing: Burning Spear - Jah No Dead
----------------
Now playing: Del McCoury & The Dixie Pals - High On A Mountain
----------------
Now playing: Reverend Horton Heat - Nurture My Pig!
----------------
Now playing: The Cult - Go West
----------------
Now playing: Blur - Clover Over Dover
----------------
Now playing: Mr. Bungle - Quote Unquote
----------------
Now playing: Chris Stills - Demon
----------------
Now playing: Business - Work Or Riot?
----------------
Now playing: The Kinks - Harry Rag
----------------
Now playing: Fear - I Don't Care About You

So as being someone viscerally connected to music, I'm sure it affects my mood/decisions in one way or another, but I know I'd be in a much worse mood if I had to listen to some asshole's bass or dog barking all day long.
