Maria Bamford is coming this way!!! Finally!!! Or to Zanies anyway, close enough. I'll link the page when the tickets become available. I have never seen any of my favorite women comics live. I am so fucking excited, as Maria is one of the funniest people on this planet. The day after the election should be quite interesting. So Obama in August, Birbiglia in September (maybe), Louis C.K. (hopefully) in October, and Bamford in November, yay, things to look forward to! Thanks future President of the United States and funny people!
Also, this is one of my favorite bands in the entire world and I've only ever owned a tape I made off a friend's LP a very long time ago, and it has been lost for years. If anyone knows where the fuck I can buy some Perdition (from Australia) could you please pass along the info? It would be greatly appreciated.
