It just occurred to me that not only is the media aiding in dragging this primary season out for as long as possible, for their own reasons (for cash/ratings and to take down the threatening candidate to their business as usual policy), you can bet they'll be cumming all over one another trying to blame, analyze, and tout their own, and each other's, blown primary coverage. And probably, all the while, targeting and courting some liberal bloggers to soften the blow and control the narrative...alllll summer long. Or at least until there is another manufactured scandal involving Obama, because fuck knows they've had plenty of opportunity to make several juicy stories out of McCain's bullshit, but have all but ignored them completely. I don't know why that would change now that it's a two man race.
Something to look forward to.
