"How Sleep Works" is getting me pretty heavy-eyed just by reading it, so that's good, I guess.
I'm really sorry I'm so useless these days. Maybe I should just finally go do the overnight sleep study my doctor wanted me to do a few years ago. But there's no fucking way I'd be able to sleep with the lights and all that shit on me, not without heavy medication. I'm just too tired to be fed the fuck up at this point.
