Boo-fucking-hoo. Starting in 2009 guys with little dicks won't be able to buy brand new loud and fast cars to make up for their lack of masculinity anymore. It's not as if they're going remove every gas-guzzling car from the road. I'm sure there will be a large constant plume of smog billowing up the Eastern Seaboard from millions of assholes that will make it their life's work to create "extry polutin" modified cars just to show those fucking commie assholes in New-York-City that ain't nobody gonna tell them what to fuckin' drive!
