Nuclear only becomes an option when we've devalued life so much that we can't tell the difference between killing 5 people or 500000 children.  We are indifferent either way because we've been desensitized to death of anyone and everyone.  That is why the world is in a dangerous place, we have lost our humanity. Any connection we have to one another as a collective has intentionally been all but severed, so we don't care about anyone's life other than our own.  I'd argue even that concern is superficial beyond a biological drive to survive in the same way you're forced to take a breath no matter how hard you try to hold it. We had already been conditioned throughout our whole lives of war and indifference when COVID hit, but the brainwashing was complete when we no longer cared about our own loved ones and communities when knew we could have easily prevented hardship, illness, and death. We don't care about Bird Flu or any other preventable threat because we don't value community at all, immediate or extended, and we're being forced to live under a death cult with the most detached, sadistic, mentally ill greed/power addicted people who have control over entire continents and more money than all of us combined.  The only thing we're allowed to value are the feedback loop cults.  The rest of us can either shut the fuck up as they flirt with your 14 yr old child, then attempt buy you off before threatening you and them, dedicate your life to making a shit ton of money for them, or fuck off and die, or if they had their way, all three in that order.  But they don't.  Don't forget that.  They only have what you willingly give up.
