Darn right! Fucking Christ.
Drinking...heavily. Joe's is nailing her with a smile.
But he's got to stop with the Cheshire Cat shit-eating, about-to-pounce grin, it's creepy.
Biden got in the first zinger and laugh "Ultimate Bridge to Nowhere."
She has no fucking idea what the fuck she is talking about. To quote Mr. Bob,
"She's babbling like C-3PO in Empire."By the way Americablog is also liveblogging. I'm just babbling.
ALTHOUGH, I'm not babbling like Palin because I'm at least making a little bit of sense.
So now Iran is not allowed to have Nuclear Power?
I think Seder was right today, the talk about Gwen Ifill's book got to her. I can't imagine any of the usual attention loving anchors letting her babble on, while not really answering any of the questions. That's too bad, I like Gwen.
Every time Joe sighs heavily, I feel he's sighing for all of us.
Seder liveblogging, sort-of, with Super Silverman?
She's had a voice coach, not as much of the nasally earsplitting tones, but the folksy condescension, while saying nothing, is just as fucking annoying. Douchebag.
I love that she thinks she's doing well. I suppose, thanks to all the expectations, she's right since she's at least not swallowing her tongue, yet.
She is a fucking robot. I wish I could comment on what she saying but, heartland, McCain is right, kitchen tables, soccer games, working class, Obama wrong, team of mavericks right, blah, blah, blah bullshit isn't worth a comment. I suppose I'm lucky I have a 3 year old that won't go to bed.
Almost over, I've prepared for the punditry to be much harder to sit through than this elongated and segmented Palin speech.
Without the filter of the MSM? That is, except when they validate what I say tomorrow morning. Did she answer a "tough question?"
OH. MY. GOD. re: Palin's closing statement.
By the way, anyone hear that there is a right-wing email going around saying that we're going to dump Biden for Clinton because we're so afraid of Palin? Seriously, that's for real. That tells you how deep in la-la land those fucks live.
Stupid idiots, she asked if she could call him Joe so she could say the dumb "Say it ain't so Joe" line that no one reacted to. Jackass.
I have to say I planned to not watch any of the debates on MSNBC because of the cave to bullshit pressure, but when Olbermann said on Letterman last week that it was better that way, I figured out that NBC was giving a big fuck you by giving the "benched" anchors two hours (three with Rachel) directly after the debates. Gregory was only on for about 10 minutes on Friday. He got a little more time tonight, but it'll be the big three in control for the rest of the night. Even though I don't like the message it sends to mainstream America (several people we've talked to thought they we're essentially fired from election coverage) thank you NBC, don't let us down Tweety.
And I must say, I am proud of Biden tonight. I think under the circumstances he was great.
Also, right after the debate I heard, I think Mike Murphy, say that those that didn't like her were probably pulling their hair out. Trust me, I thought I'd be half bald by the half-way mark (hence the drinking), but there was nothing leading to that kind of hate. In order to rattle me you have to at least have a little bit of credibility with SOMETHING. She just proved to me she's as clueless and incompetent as I believed she would be. There was nothing enraging, I was just annoyed and insulted at her lackadaisical attitude during these historically uncertain times. And the lack of a fucking brain.
As an aside, I am getting increasingly excited about the W. movie. Especially after watching "Lil Bush" tonight.
Anyone see Senator Bond speak to the extended VP power answer as if Biden answered it that way? Did I imagine that?
I love the giant "Show Me Change" signs dominating the background on MSNBC.
Mathews, on speaking to the camera instead of the moderator,"Go ahead, try it, turn to the camera to answer, you look like a dolt!" (talking to Roger -- a little precum in his pants -- Simon) Awesome.
12:47 Nothing worth staying close to the computer or tv for at this point, especially if Olbermann and Maddow are done for now. I'm getting in the hot tub for one last time before I finally force myself to go home tomorrow. Tonight could have gone pretty badly with such ineffective moderating. Under the circumstances, I think it went very well. Thanks for reading!
