Injecting yourself directly into an international conflict while running for President because one of your lobbyists promised the guy who paid him that you would get involved, comes across as being pretty presumptuous. Referring to yourself as the current President while addressing the issue publicly (while evoking Reagan, no less), well, that's not just presumptuous, that's bumptious. Of course this isn't the first time.
And Obama can't give a speech to two hundred thousand Europeans without the media calling him arrogant for three days straight. Who the hell does he think he is?
