Timothy Karr impeccably illustrates how far behind we fallen in the information race. Recently, to back up his claims he listed the Top Ten Worst Telco Moments of 2007 on HuffPost. It is no coincidence that as a nation we've slipped from fifth to 14th in broadband users per capita since 2001, when the dictator and his minions began to dismantle the constitution by piecemeal, while restricting access to the community and information needed to protect it.
